I love chicken lettuce wraps, most recipes I’ve found are a little time consuming for me most nights. I’ve simplified mine by using ground chicken.
I’m always looking for quick and easy ways to cook chicken breasts. Here is the recipe for one of my favorite salads:
2- 6 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp grapes red oil
1 bag of field greens salad mix
1/2 cup of walnuts
1 cup of red seedless grapes, halved
2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles
1 tbsp light champagne dressing (add more if desired)
Season chicken with seasoned salt and either pan fry or place under broiler in a cast iron grill pan for about 8 minutes on each side.
Mix all salad ingredients together, chop up and incorporate chicken. Enjoy!
